Brookies

1: Preheat oven to 180°C.

2: In a large bowl, make the brownie batter by mixing flaxseed eggs (or eggs) with melted coconut oil and sugar.

3: Add in the rest of the brownie ingredients and mix well.

4: In a separate bowl, make the cookie batter by mixing flaxseed egg (or egg) with peanut butter, coconut oil, and sugar.

5: Add in the rest of the cookie ingredients and mix well.

6: Prepare an 8-inch baking tin, adding the cookie batter first, then topping with dollops of brownie batter.

7: Bake for 25-30 minutes.
