Marble Cake

1: Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2: In a large bowl, combine the milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix and set aside for it to curdle.

3: In a separate bowl, sift in your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.

4: Add the sugar and melted coconut oil to the bowl of non-dairy milk and apple cider vinegar. Mix until combined.

5: Pour your wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.

6: Transfer 1/3 of the vanilla batter to a separate bowl. Add the cacao powder and 1 tbsp of milk. Fold until combined.

7: Using a large spoon, alternate between spooning in the vanilla batter and chocolate batter into your loaf pan.

8: When you get to the final layer, take a toothpick or knife and swirl around the mixture to create a marble effect.

9: Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
