Mini Mulled Wine Bundt Cakes

1: Preheat oven to 180°C.

2: In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon.

3: In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg, almond milk (or buttermilk), and vanilla.

4: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

5: Add the brewed tea and stir gently.

6: Spoon the cake batter into the prepared bundlette pan.

7: Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

8: (Optional) Melt 3 tbsp of chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil and dip the cooled bundt cakes in the melted chocolate.
